How does payment work?

Once we have agreed on your consultation or package, I’ll send you a personalised invoice with my bank details for payment by BACS.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance can then be paid either in full or by agreed instalments, depending on the service you have chosen and what works best for you.

For nannying services, a deposit is also required to secure your booking. You’ll then receive a simple weekly invoice reflecting the hours worked that week.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! I’m pleased to offer a 10% military discount on consultations and packages as a small thank you for the commitment and service of military families.

I also offer loyalty discounts when you choose to extend your current package or return for further support in the future.

If you’re unsure which option would be right for you, we can chat through everything during your free 30 minute consultation.

Do I have to buy a plan?

Absolutely not! I offer a free 30-minute consultation, giving us the opportunity to chat about your family, understand what you’re looking for, and explore how I may be able to support you.

There’s no pressure or obligation to continue. If you decide you’d like to work together, I can tailor my support around you and your family, providing as much or as little guidance as you feel you need.
